The Problem
Is water a problem for the loading dock? Many times, it doesn’t matter how much overhead cover there is; water always seems to pool right onto the loading dock.
This creates a safety hazard for workers. Slips, Trips, and Falls account for more than 25% of workplace accidents each year. Workers should have a dry work environment when they’re at dry docks.

Our founder invented the WaterAirVortex (WAV) after losing a couple of million dollars in technology. Realizing that traditional dock overhead doors weren't preventing rainwater from getting into the loading bay, the team go to work to find a solution.

What sets us apart?
Our engineers use ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene because its incredibly long chains result in a very tough material with high impact strength. Its coefficient of friction is comparable to that of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), but it has better abrasion resistance. UHMWPE is an excellent bearing material with exceptional sliding properties and remains tough even at low temperatures.
